You will learn how to make your very own gold or silver necklace using the traditional silversmith technique of lost wax carving. And the best part? You get to add your own personal touch! Whether it's your fingerprints, family names, or a contemporary design that you've always wanted to wear, you'll end up with a totally bespoke piece that's one-of-a-kind- perfect for gifting to a loved one this Christmas.
Plus, you'll get to enjoy a yummy cake with your choice of tea, coffee, or juice. Sounds pretty great doesn't it? We're hosting this awesome event at Fete in Chelmsford, Essex, and it'll run from 3-5 pm. Plus, we'll send you all the juicy details via email once you've booked your spot!

And once your wax carved necklace is ready, we'll send it off to a casting company to be converted into gold or sterling silver. Then our talented Dainty London team will give it a professional cleaning, polish it up, and send it straight to you in a gorgeous gift box ready to gift on Christmas Day.

CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE?
At Dainty London, we understand the importance of a thoughtful and personal touch when it comes to gift-giving. That's why we offer our customers the option to add a customised gift message during the checkout process. Simply enter your message in the designated notes section, and we will print it onto our luxury branded paper.
CAN I HAVE A RING SIZING DEVICE?
Due to the high volume of requests for complimentary ring sizing devices, we only dispatch them to customers who have placed an order. In the event that you are uncertain of your ring size, we kindly request that you utilise the 'request a ring sizing device' option. We will dispatch the sizing device on the next business day.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
We allow our customers to return purchased products on the condition that they are unused and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification of the product's eligibility for return, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment card used during the purchase. It is important to note that if the product is not in a fully saleable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
We do not refund postage costs and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any earrings due to hygiene reasons. Similarly, 'Made to order/bespoke' items are not eligible for return or refund.
HOW IS THE JEWELLERY SUSTAINABLE?
We prioritise sustainability and strive to use recycled sterling silver into our designs wherever possible. We are also committed to utilising only environmentally friendly and recyclable materials in our packaging.
We are actively exploring the use of fair trade gold and fair trade gold vermeil for our future collections. This commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible production practices aligns with our goal of creating beautiful jewellery pieces that are also kind to the environment.
CAN YOU REPAIR?
We stand behind the quality and durability of our jewellery. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest levels of service and satisfaction. Therefore, in the unlikely event that your Dainty London jewellery item breaks within a year of purchase, we offer a free repair service.
Please note that while we will repair the item free of charge, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage charges.
