The Zennor Collection
According to Cornish legend, a mysterious woman with an enchanting voice began attending Church services in Zennor. Despite her frequent visits, she never seemed to age, and no one knew where she came from.
A young man named Mathew Trewhella was particularly drawn to her, and they were often seen together. One day, she invited him to her home, and they both disappeared.

Years later..
Sailors claimed to see a mermaid off the Cornish coast, warning them to avoid her underwater home where she lived with Mathew. The villagers then realised the woman had been a mermaid.
Today, that Church in Zennor still features a carving of a mermaid, inspired by this local tale.
